What is a property health score?
The health score is a 0–100 rating that summarises structural, mechanical, cosmetic, and safety factors for a property based on available permit and inspection data.
Is the score a substitute for a licensed inspection?
No. Trussly scores are generated from historical records and AI analysis. Always commission a licensed on-site inspection before making a purchase decision.
How do I save a property?
Open any property report and click the Save button. Saved properties appear on your dashboard where you can track score changes over time.
How do I upgrade or cancel my plan?
Visit your account settings to manage your subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
