Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trussly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Description of Service
Trussly provides AI-assisted property health assessments, report summaries, and neighborhood context intended to help buyers make more informed decisions.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Subscription Tiers
- Basic (Free) includes limited property lookups and saved-home workflows.
- Premium unlocks deeper issue detail, additional alerts, and richer account tools.
- Professional is reserved for approved contributors and includes report-upload workflows plus advanced tools.
Payments and Billing
Paid plans are intended to be billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. Until the Stripe backend is fully launched, any plan copy or access preview on the site should be treated as prelaunch product information rather than a final billing commitment.
User Content
You retain ownership of the property data and files you upload. By submitting content, you grant Trussly a limited license to store, analyze, and process it so the platform can provide property scoring, report extraction, notifications, and related product features.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Trussly content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors, omissions, or AI-generated inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trussly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use or reliance on generated results.
Privacy
Your use of Trussly is also governed by the Privacy Policy published on this site.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse platform workflows, or create security or legal risk for other users.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
